Only specific staff at clic-International House, Seville have access to the data. No user data is ever sold.

What information is collected?

The Google Form contains fields to record the student’s name, company and the test answers to the English language test.

How is the information used?

Once the form is submitted, the student’s name, company, along with their answers to the test is stored in a Google Sheet, which is connected to the form. The answers are then converted into an English level. This information is purely for the use Barrie Roberts and Ana Perez at clic-International House in determining the level of English of the students who complete the form, so that they can be placed in the appropriate English group.

What information is shared?

The student’s name, company, their answers to the test, and their English level is shared via the Google Sheet with a limited group of staff in the English department at clic-International House. The student’s name and company is solely used to identify who has completed the test.

An email with the student’s name, company, test total, and level is emailed to Barrie Roberts and Ana Perez to notify them that a test has been completed. This information is only shared with the coordinator at the company requesting the English classes. Occasionally, the information is also shared with the student that has completed the test. The account efgclicauto@gmail.com is used to email the summary.
